SHIPPING POLICY
As a valued LEONLITE customer, we want to provide you with information about our shipping procedure. We promise to ship items you order that are in stock within two business days. U.S. Postal Office and FedEx ship most packages. Please take your time to review these contents before placing the order! We make every effort to ship all orders within two business days:
- Second-day shipping if 3 p.m. CDT places the order.
- Monday shipping if the order is placed on the weekend.

SHIPPING PROCEDURE
We print our shipping labels before shipping our items, so you may receive an email with your tracking number up to a day before the item is shipped out. For an estimated delivery date for your order, please log in to your account and check the order page to see your expected delivery window.

For USPS packages, there is sometimes a delay of 24 to 48 hours after a package is handed off to the Post Office before the tracking system updates with new tracking information. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@leonlite.com or send over your customer inquiry through CONTACT US portal. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 3768 Milliken Ave, Eastvale, CA 91752, USA.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any further question at info@leonlite.com.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You can cancel your order without being charged if the package is still held in our warehouse. Once the package leaves the warehouse, and in transit, you can reject the package upon delivery if you want to cancel your order.
We will refund your account once the package is returned to our warehouse.
Under these circumstances, the original shipping cost and other charges may apply.
RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY
We have a 30-day exchange policy.
If you wish to return an item, please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of your purchase. For returns unrelated to manufacturing defects or incorrect shipments, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please note that we cannot accept returns for modified, damaged products, or items with missing accessories, such as cut strip lights.
All returns and replacements must be accompanied by a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#). To obtain RMA#, please e-mail us at: info@leonlite.com or call us at (800) 990-7688. Be sure to include your order number on all correspondence. Our representatives will review your request and issue the RMA# per our return policy. Please mark RMA# on the return shipping label or shipping box.
We are not responsible for products returned without RMA# or shipments prior to their arrival at our warehouses. For proof of delivery, we recommend that you return the items via carriers that can provide a shipment tracking number. Keep the tracking information if possible.
- Any missing or damaged items must be reported within 3 business days of receiving the item. Failure to do so will result in your request being denied.
- Please allow 7 business days to see a refund on your credit card statement.
- We do not refund shipping.
- COD (collect on delivery) and Freight Collect packages will not be accepted.
- We will only exchange items if the value of the item(s) you are returning exactly matches the value of the item(s) you want to exchange them for.
Replacements are issued for items that have quit prematurely due to manufacturing defects. Defective items need to be recalled to our warehouse for replacement. For warranty returns passed 30 days from the purchase date, please contact us to receive an RMA number. The shipping cost is at the customer's expense after 30 days from the purchase date. Please call us at 1-800-990-7688 so we can make sure we are providing you with the best possible technical support.
CUSTOM ORDERS, LARGE ORDERS, AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Please order small quantities of LEDs and LED products to test for suitability in your application before ordering large quantities.
- A 15% restocking fee may apply to orders containing quantities of 100 or more pieces, orders with missing materials or merchandise not in original packaging and condition.
- Through-hole LEDs and surface-mount LED chips cannot be returned if the package has been opened.
- LED bulbs, fixtures, and other LED products or accessories can be returned if opened.
- Customized items, sales final products (e.g., open box items), or special-order products are not eligible for returns. This includes custom-length light strips and custom-printed panels.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on anything related to gift cards.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

At TORCHSTAR®, we take pride in the quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction. This Limited Warranty explains what is covered, how to make a claim, and what to expect.
1. Warranty Coverage
TORCHSTAR warrants that all branded products (“Product”) sold under TORCHSTAR®, Leonlite®, ESCENA®, and LITEdge® are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use during the applicable Warranty Period. We also guarantee the product will maintain at least 70% of its initial brightness during the Warranty Period, in accordance with our published specifications.
2. Warranty Period
The Warranty Period begins on the original retail purchase date and lasts for the duration listed on the product detail page or packaging. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and for products purchased within the United States and Canada.

3. How to File a Warranty Claim
To submit a claim under this Limited Warranty:

You must be the original purchaser.

The product must have been purchased directly from TORCHSTAR or an authorized distributor/retailer.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

TORCHSTAR may request additional information or documentation (such as installation details, photos, videos, or usage history).

If requested, the defective product must be returned, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Claims can be submitted online or by contacting our Customer Support team. Claims are subject to approval based on our warranty terms.
4. Remedy
If a valid claim is approved, TORCHSTAR may, at its sole discretion:

Replace the defective product with the same model or an equivalent version (updated or upgraded);

Require the customer to cover restocking or shipping fees for replacement;

Request return of the defective unit before issuing a replacement.
This warranty does not cover installation or removal costs, labor, or materials. Replacements outside the Continental United States may incur additional shipping charges.
5. Exclusions and Limitations
This Limited Warranty does not apply to:

Products used outside the intended purpose or recommended conditions;

Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, natural disasters, or improper electrical supply;

Products altered or modified by non-authorized parties;

Consumables such as batteries;

Products purchased outside the U.S. and Canada.
This warranty is void if the product was used in a way that violates our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or any other user agreement.
6. Disclaimer of Other Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY PROVIDED BY TORCHSTAR, AND REPLACES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS—EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY—including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
TORCHSTAR will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product, or from any breach of warranty or contract. TORCHSTAR’s total liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the defective product.
8. Dispute Resolution
This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration through a mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution provider. Arbitration may be conducted via phone, online, or written submission without requiring in-person appearance. If arbitration is not applicable, the customer agrees to jurisdiction in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
