Thank you for exploring Leonlite's open-box deals, where you can find top-quality lighting solutions at significantly reduced prices. The following terms and conditions have been updated to reflect our commitment to customer satisfaction while informing you of the nature of open-box purchases. And please notice that all open-box products are NOT eligible for Leonlite's regular 30-Day Return and Refund Policy*.

DEFINITION OF OPEN BOX PRODUCTS

Open-box products are items that have been purchased and delivered to other customers, subsequently returned, and are now available for resale at reduced prices on Leonlite. All Leonlite open-box products are professionally inspected and tested to meet quality standard by a Leonlite qualified and performance-managed specialist. Specialists are either qualified techinicians or specialized Leonlite products refurbishers. The specialists meet strict criteria to inspect, test, and repair Leonlite products and ongoing performance targets.

The inspection and testing process typically includes a full diagnostic test, replacement of any faulty parts, and a thorough cleaning process. This cleaning process is carried out by the qualified specialists orby Leonlite fulfillment department. The products are fully functional and in “like-new” condition.

PRODUCT CONDITION

Each open-box product has been thoroughly checked and is fully functional, with status we call it "like-new". We inspect these products to ensure they meet this standard.

Like-new condition:

  • Appearance: Mint or Near-mint, no signs of cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, and other) are visible when the products is installed 3-feet away.
  • Battery: 90%-100% of original battery life.
  • Accessories: Generic or original equipment manufacturer accessories and packaging provided.
  • Guarantee: 90-days limited warranty provided by the Leonlite company.

90-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY

Leonlite extends a 90-day limited warranty on all open-box products, covering defects in materials and workmanship. Theft, accidental damage and tampering with the deviceis not covered under the guarantee. For complete warranty details, please refer to our warranty documentation.
